At Asterom, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade walking canes and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your cane does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the walking cane in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our workshop.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned cane for its original condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
